HERITAGE
Our story begins when the grandparents of Vishal Gorana having their roots in the states of Rajasthan and M.P. in India moved to the small town, KAWANT in Gujarat and had to start their newly married life from the pavements of Shiva Temple there.
Vishal's grandfather was a trend-setting craftsman with reputation of the humblest person serving the farmers and had built 60% houses of KAWANT as contractor (locally called Mistry). Ultimately, they designed and built the most attractive Temple of Spirit by working solely with their own hands without taking any kind of donations.
The Temple of Spirit is embossed fully with colourful glass artwork and engraved with two messages of their lifetime:
श्रम, श्रध्घा और सादगी ही जीवन है।
it means:
"Hard work (with self-commitments), Faith (in self) and Simplicity (in thoughts) are true ways to live life."
आपका कार्य आपसे बन सके उतनी अच्छी तरह से किजिये और
हो सके उतनी उसमें पूर्णता लाने कि हरसंभव कोशिष करें,
यही सर्वोत्तम प्रभुसेवा है।
it means:
"The supreme offering to God is when you do your duty to your best capacity and try by all means to Do-it-Right First Time with self-commitments."
They renounced material world and stayed in this temple.
TEMPLE OF SPIRIT
There are idols of Lord Krishna, Rama, Ramdev Pir, Shiva, Parvati, Ganesh, Durga and Hanuman in this temple.
This temple is named as "Baba Ramdev Mandir".
However, for the family of SCAIE it is the "Temple of Spirit" signifying the lives of families devoted to
the basic values of living: "श्रम, श्रध्धा और सादगी"

Suresh Gorana is a highly credible name, in particular as trouble shooter for Out-of-Box solutions, evolving practical design and operations, having 40 years of never-failing work experience in Refineries, Engineering Consultancy, EPC and Offshore Oil & Gas companies worldwide.
Suresh has spent a lifetime with farmers of rural Gujarat in India and his father was a trend-setting craftsman with reputation of the humblest person serving the farmers. This also helped Suresh to study the difficulties farmers are facing by personally meeting each of them in their villages over the decades. Suresh has observed that many younger farmers left the farming simply because they saw no future in it and leaving rural areas in favour of working in cities. He has noted that this trend is not reversible by following traditional labour-intensive farming in face of irregularities of monsoon and could lead to serious issues for any country, in particular for India.
A trouble shooter in Suresh was looking for sustainable solutions to reverse the trend and bring younger farmers back to the farming. His vision to use Regenerative & Biological systems, advanced techniques of Integrated Water Resources Management and Robotic Technology in farming as sustainable solutions replacing labour and lesser dependence on monsoon in farming has finally taken the shape at SCA Institute of Excellence (SCAIE) where prototype robotic Nano farm machines are developed and tested applying advanced farming methods (Holistic Farming) by Suresh working as a farmer himself to set an example by actions rather than by preaching the philosophy.
Suresh has trained younger farmers at SCAIE farm (called SCA VATIKA) in his native village (Kawant) near Vadodara, Gujarat in India. Suresh is passionate about ensuring the future generations of farmers have a vibrant, economic and sustainable future right in their own villages.
Suresh is a topper in B.E. (Chemical), 1976 from M.S. University of Baroda, India.
He is CEng, FIChemE of Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) from London, UK since 2012.
Suresh has reputation in building teams of young engineers through sharing of experience and expertise. He attended World Conferences in Oil & Gas (onshore as well as offshore), Refineries & Petrochemicals, Water & Renewable Energy Resources held at Doha, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Istanbul, Singapore, Washington DC-USA, London, Rome, Milano, Cape Town and New Delhi.

Vishal Gorana has positive attitudes, excellent analysis skills to evolve new approach of doing the same things differently. SCA Institute of Excellence (SCAIE) is being developed by Vishal basically as STARTUP company with an objective to establish it as International Holistic Center of sharing Expertise & Knowledge in Integrated Water Resources Management, Irrigation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Energy, Skill Development, Value Engineering, Health & Wellbeing, Food & Nutrition and Life Sciences.
Ultimate source of water is rain during monsoon and all other water resources must be managed scientifically to sustain water needs of humans, plants, crops and other living beings on the surface of earth.
Vishal has in-depth knowledge and understandings of various water resources as well as water needs of plants and crops to sustain not only life but also to enjoy life by humans, in particular.
Accordingly, Vishal had developed advanced farming methods (Holistic Farming) using Regenerative & Biological systems and techniques of Integrated Water Resources Management as sustainable solutions in the face of a vicious cycle of global warming and irregularities of monsoon.
Finally, at SCA Vatika of SCAIE prototype robotic Nano farm machines and advanced farming methods (Holistic Farming) had been tested successfully by Suresh Gorana working as a farmer himself without using any farm labour. Very high yields of premium qualities of varieties of crops, all organic and pesticides-free being ripped continuously since last four years (in this arid region of Gujarat where monsoon is quite irregular).
Thus, the SCA Vatika had proved that Farming Income (not Farmers' Income) is increased many-folds (3 to 10 time) which is inspiring the younger farmers to have a vibrant, economic and sustainable future right in their own villages rather than searching jobs and working in cities.
Vishal is B.E. (Irrigation & Water Resources Management) from M.S. University of Baroda, India and PG Diploma (Integrated Water Resources Management) from Herriot-Watt University of UK at Dubai.

Research and Development programs of SCA Institute of Excellence (SCAIE) are meticulously formulated and monitored by Janak Gorana. He is a brain behind automation, innovative & robotic technologies being applied in developing Nano, small & smarter machines affordable by small farmers as sustainable solutions to replace labour intensive works in farming and agriculture on top priority to reverse the trend and bring younger farmers back to adopt the farming as their vibrant career in the comforts of their own villages rather than searching jobs and working in cities.
Janak is heading R & D wing of SCAIE in VIC, Melbourne. A new Holistic Center was opened by Suresh Gorana, CEO on January 14, 2020 at R & D office of SCAIE in VIC, Melbourne for planning, designing and monitoring the operations of Holistic Farming that includes Advanced Methods of Farming, Regenerative & Biological systems, Robotic Farming and Automation of agricultural sector worldwide with a focus to provide sustainable and affordable solutions to the small farmers.
Janak is B.E. with Honors in Mechatronic & Robotics from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
