I had plans to visit all Eastern States from April 2020 onwards to meet farmers face to face for better understandings of problems and difficulties that farmers may be facing in the regions of Eastern States where I believe water availability is plenty for farming.
Although Assam is another home for me since 1977 when I was working with EIL (Engineers India Limited) and worked with all refineries in Assam at Bongaigaon, Digboi, Guwahati and Numaligarh where I was better known as most reliable, never failing Trouble-shooter and popular as Wax-man till today.
