As can be seen in the above pictures, advanced engineering skills are applied in stirrups design for RCC columns of Leela-Mona Gaushala Gate at SCA Vatika.
It must be noted that the design of stirrups has following savings:
57% steel bars
60% labour in centring
11% cement, and concrete
11% labour in RCC setting.
This is another feather in skill developmental DIY projects of SCAIE under CSR programs.
It is innovative design to the best of my knowledge. SCAIE is sharing it openly looking at much larger canvas that could make optimum use of natural resources of minerals like steel and cement that are produced from destructions of mountains and forests.
We must use natural resources like soil, water, minerals, etc. and preserve precious forests cover to sustain with fresh air breathable for healthy living and enjoy life for generations to come.
SCAIE does not aspire to be “Jack of All”. We are absolutely clear about our focus to make farming easy, enjoyable, and rewarding for younger farmers as only way to make a big difference in A New World post COVID-19 Pandemic while farming remains the basic necessities for survival of all living beings and human beings in particular.
I am fortunate to have dedicated and devotional supports of all my family members apart from encouraging and continued supports from all my relatives, friends, and well-wishers to accomplish this huge mission (impossible) in my lifetime.
