Irregularities of monsoon and Farmers in distress

Nature is always kind. No one knows this truth better than farmers and they used to adjust farming activities in extremes conditions of weather and to monsoon either in draught or cloudburst for generations in past.

Farming was considered as the best followed by business and worst were career jobs.

However, that is not the case in modern times and the order is just reversed and farming is now the worst option for younger farmers.

Depleting ground water table due to various reasons not allowing farmers to adjust farming activities in extreme monsoon conditions as it used to be in past generations.

Apart from this, farm labour became too expensive and farming is no more the choice of young farmers as against working in cities in spite of various incentives like crops insurance, subsidies and/or farm loans waiver offered by governments. Directors of SCAIE are highly talented with experience and expertise in advanced technologies in integrated water resources management, automation, robotics, design, construction, manufacturing and execution of large projects apart from family background of skilled craftsmen in village.

With years of research and field trials, SCAIE is now ready with sustainable solutions in farming to make it the best career options to restore the order: Farming is the best followed by business and worst are career jobs.
