Slower but healthier growth of Vegetables in Greenhouse at SCA Vatika

Vegetables' growth in our Greenhouse is slower than normally observed in this area around SCA VATIKA. But that is how it should be according to our study and analysis of closely monitored growth patterns using time-lapse videography (which shall be shared with detailed results once we complete our study).


Preliminary analysis indicates that these vegetables grown using micronutrients and Holistic Farming Techniques of SCAIE could be 10 to 35% more nutritious (more food value) and completely pesticides free. This means healthier than organic vegetables which is catching up like a fashion and fetching premium in market from the wealthier customers.


Let’s wait until we finish our present study focused this season to the vegetables using Holistic Farming techniques and micronutrients. All creepers are free from any diseases, as can be seen in the pictures and videos shot today, 19 August 2021.







Density of these vegetables is 20 to 30% higher than that in market. It means more nutritious and healthier. This first plucking we have tasted, it’s more delicious too.


It's important to note that vegetables growth is slower but healthier and more nutritious. This also agrees with well-known philosophy that “slow is strong or slower wins the race”.


Pesticides-free food is healthier than organic food.
