I am fortunate to have teachers, mentors, and guides all along my life since childhood to this day who made me what I am today.
My mother and father were my first Guru.
My 5 sisters and 2 brothers are supportive with unshakable faith and love.
My primary school teacher, late Md. Gulam Ali is still fresh with me.
My Highschool teachers late Shri Krishnakant Joshi, late Shri G N Makwana and late Mrs Arunaben Nadkarni Mehta are unforgettable.
My professor in Chemical Engineering Dr Vasdev Singh is more a friend and in touch almost daily.
My mentors in processional career in EIL, New Delhi are supportive to the mission of SCAIE and continue inspiring me are Dr S J Chopra (EIL R & D and currently Chancellor of University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, UPES Dehradun), Mr Manoj Joshi (Process Design & Development), Mr S K Ray (Operations, currently Canadian citizen), Mr S N Mitra (Operations & HAZOP), Mr S C Gupta (Process Design & Development), and Dr U K Dutta (Offshore). I awe my troubleshooting skills to late Dr R Krishnamurthy who gave me all the freedom to think Out-of-Box and act without having any reference which created history in many troubleshooting tasks in Refineries.
The clients of EIL who believed me and supported me taking decisions from Out-of-Book rules to implement solutions of the problems having no back references anywhere in the world are late Mr K K Malhotra (IOCL top management and after retirement from IOCL created Reliance with late Mr Dhirubhai Ambani), Dr I B Gulati (ex-Director of Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun), Mr S N Jha (Executive Director of IOCL, Haldia), Mr B N Bankapur and his team (IOCL, Haldia), Mr P K Kapil, my fat friend (IOCL top management and currently Executive Director on Board of Reliance), Mr Abraham (ex C & MD of Cochin Refinery) and Mr D K Palit (ex C & MD of Madras Refinery) and top managements of all 4 refineries in Assam and all refineries in India.
Mr P S Rao (IOCL, top management), Mr D Ghosh (GM of NRL, Assam), Dr U K Dutta (CEO of Techno Manage, New Delhi), Mr Bob Cheung (CEO of MESPL, Singapore) have shown confidence in Chirag Industries and entrusted the responsibilities of design, engineering and troubleshooting of the trendsetting projects in refineries and overseas offshore projects.
Mr Christo Viljoen, currently Technical Director of Petrofac International Corporation, UAE was my guide in Petrofac, Sharjah and more a friend supportive to the mission of SCAIE and continue inspiring me.
My both sons Vishal and Janak are my God to guide and help me to keep pace with digital world and this website is designed by my son, Janak and continue updating.
Dr Prithviraj (Dr Prithvi) Puwar, Interventional Cardiologist in Vadodara who monitors my health more like a family member and keeps me healthier as young energetic man of 67.
Dr Akta Trivedi, Neurologist of Anand Neurology Centre of Vadodara who saved me from catching dreaded Parkinson's disease and gifted me a new life with day to day monitoring my health more like a family member. She keeps inspiring and encouraging me to sustain with creativities. Dr Akta is actively supporting the mission of SCAIE.
